Return and Refund Policy

1). If you are unhappy with your product purchase, I will be happy to refund or exchange the product within 7 days of purchase. To make a return: Items must be unopened/unused or damaged. Items must still be in their original packaging.  This refund policy pertains to products only; services are not included. 

2.)  When purchasing coaching or reiki sessions, you may cancel services within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus 5% transaction fee within 48 hours. To cancel an appointment send your request to jfortson@holisticallyhealed.net
